Alwyn House is an independent editorial and affiliate-shopping brand operated by an individual proprietor in Tennessee. Alwyn House is not currently organized as a limited liability company or corporation. References to “Alwyn House,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the proprietor operating the website under the Alwyn House name.

Any dispute not subject to a mandatory consumer-protection forum will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you consent to that venue. Applicable consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
